Edna Lucille Cody

Edna Lucille Cody, age 88 of Friendsville, passed away Wednesday, July 21, 2004, at Colonial Hills Nursing Home . She was preceded in death by her husband, Link Cody; parents, James and Bessie Phillips; brothers, Ross Phillips and Lloyd Phillips; sister, Imogene Winkler; great nephew, Billy Joe Hackler. Survivors include: nephew, David “Whistle” Phillips of Friendsville; nieces, Bessie Lucille Weathersby of Friendsville, Julie Ann Jackson of Chatsworth, GA, Linda Faye Logan of Murfreesboro, TN, Jannet Drake of Maryville; best friend and sister-in-law, Imogene Phillip Roberts of Vonore; great niece, Linda Faye Chambliss of Maryville; great nephew, Micheal Hackler of Vonore; good friend, June Linkfelter. Funeral services will be held at 8:00 p.m. Friday in McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jim Snyder officiating. Family and friends will meet at 11:00 a.m. Saturday at St. Paul Lutheran Church Cemetery in Madisonville for the interment service.
