Edna T. Orr

Orr, Edna T., age 83 of Friendsville, passed away Friday, June 3, 2005, at U. T. Medical Center. She was a member of Middlesettlements United Methodist Church where she was a member of the Senior Saints. She was preceded in death by her husband, George B. Orr, Jr.; parents, John and Grace Buchanan Thompson; sisters, Faye Anderson and Jean Jones; son-in-law, Gerald Smith. Survivors include her daughter, Jane Smith of Friendsville; son and daughter-in-law, Milton and Teresa Orr of Greeneville; 3 grandchildren, Kevin Smith, Amanda Smith both of Friendsville and Sarah Orr of Greeneville; sister, Carol Gray of Maryville; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday in McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Joe Black officiating. The interment will follow in Middlesettlements Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1-2:00 p.m. Sunday at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home, Maryville.
