Evelyn Delores Conner Cox, age 92 of Maryville, passed away Wednesday, November 29, 2017, at Shannondale of Maryville. Preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Cox; parents, Avery and Jonnie Tipton Conner; sister, Carol Norcross. Survivors include her daughter, Carol Cox Richardson; son-in-law, Jack Richardson; nephews, George Norcross, John Norcross and wife Nancy, Donald Norcross and wife Andrea, Philip Norcross and wife Carole; great nieces and great nephews, Lexie Norcross, Alex Norcross, Jonathan Norcross, D.J. Norcross, Corey Norcross, Greg Norcross, Nicole Norcross, and Christopher Norcross; beloved best friends, Annie and Jonnie Cox. The family will receive friends 11:00 am -12:00 pm Saturday, December 9, 2017, at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow at 2:15pm at Tuckaleechee United Methodist Church with Rev. Richard Rudesill officiating. The interment will follow in the Church cemetery.
