Evelyn Elizabeth Caza, of Maryville and former resident of Maryville Towers, born February 12, 1925, passed away Saturday, May 5, 2012 at Blount Memorial Hospital. Preceded in death by parents, David and Dora Holliday; husband, Gerald Caza; son, Brian Caza all of Massena, NY. Survivors include her children, Dale and Judy Caza of Massena, NY, Glenn and Holly Jones of Friendsville, TN; daughter-in-law, Linda Caza of Massena, NY; 12 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild. Her family would like to thank the staff of her most recent residence at Liberty Assisted Living. Calling hours will be 4-8:00 p.m. Tuesday at Phillips Memorial Home, Inc., Massena, NY. Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at Phillips Memorial Home with the interment to follow in Calvary Cemetery, Massena, NY.
