Frances Evelyn Williams, age 91 of Maryville, passed away Wednesday, December 19, 2018, at Blount Memorial Hospital. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert T. Williams; sister, Lucille Tinch; brother, H.B. Tinch. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Loretta and Wayne Best; brother, Bill Tinch; niece and husband, Tom and Alesia Cowart. Family and friends will meet at 2:00 p.m. Friday at Forest Hill Cemetery for a graveside service with Rev. George Macht officiating.
