Frances Louise Best was born on July 8, 1943, in Maryville, Tennessee to Mr. and Mrs. Bill Simerly. Frances passed on August 7, 2023.

Frances is survived by her husband, Ralph Best, of 62 years; one son, Kevin Best; two grandchildren, Britney Best and Lauren Christen; one sister-in-law, Wilma Best (Floyd-deceased); and a host of friends.

Frances and Ralph graduated from Lanier High School in Maryville, TN.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM-12:00 PM, Tuesday, August 22, 2023, at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home with the service to follow at 12:00 PM with Rev. Charles Ballard officiating. The interment will follow at Grandview Cemetery.
