Franklin Richard Merriman

Franklin Richard Merriman passed away on March 17, 2019 at Asbury Health Center. Born in Michigan, Frank grew up in Maryville, Tennessee. He worked as a custodian in Food Services for the University of Tennessee, Knoxville for thirty-nine years. After retirement, he was a resident of the Riverwood Christian Community in Louisville, Tennessee before moving into the Asbury Health Center. Frankie made friends wherever he went and was known for his sense of humor and the laughter that he brought into a place. Frank is survived by his mother, Dorothy Merriman of Maryville and his two sisters, Mary Layman of Alaska and Clair Carlton of Idaho.
