Frederick T. Hennion Sr.

Frederick T. Hennion, Sr. age 84 of Maryville, formerly of Waterbury, CT; passed away Saturday, July 20, 2002 at his home. He was a veteran of the United States Army serving in World War II. Decorations and citations received include: Good Conduct Medal, Victory Medal, American Defense Service Medal, American Theater Campaign Ribbon, Asiatic Pacific Theater Campaign Ribbon, and European African Middle Eastern Theater Campaign Ribbon. Survivors include: loving wife of 54 years, Lillian A. Hennion. Eight Children, Thomas and Fran Hennion of San Antonio, TX; Edie and Jack McKeehan of Maryville; Ronald Hennion of Charleston, SC; Frederick T. Hennion, Jr. and his wife Betty of Tacoma, WA; Roger and Lori Hennion of Friendsville; Dorothy and Jim McClure of Maryville; John and Jeannie Hennion of Shalimar, FL., and George Hennion of Salem, MO. 17 grandchildren and 10 great- grandchildren. At the request of Mr. Hennion his body was cremated. A private burial will be held at the Tennessee Veterans Cemetery, Knoxville. McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home.
