Fredrick Ellis Carpenter

CARPENTER, Fredrick “Ellis”, age 69 of Maryville, passed away Tuesday, August 1, 2006 at his home. He was a member of Carpenters United Methodist Church and was the retired owner of Hitch and Carpenter. He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred B. and Blanche Giffin Carpenter; grandparents, Melvin and Martha Carpenter and Dick and Bertha Giffin. Survivors include his brother and sister-in-law, Bob and Sue Carpenter of Maryville; nephew and wife, Brad and Mystina Carpenter; niece, Debbie Carpenter; great nephews, Hunter Carpenter and Cordel Carpenter; fishing buddies, Grover and Bertie; special family friend, Al Romans. Funeral services will be held at 7:00 p.m. Thursday in McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ken Tucker and Rev. Gertrude Osborne officiating. Family and friends will meet at 11:00 a.m. Friday at Carpenters Campground Cemetery for the interment service.
