Gary Bowerman

Bowerman, Gary, age 60 of Knoxville, passed away Monday, November 29, 2004, at Blount Memorial Hospital. He was a member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church. Mr. Bowerman was preceded in death by his father, James J. Bowerman, Jr.; brother, Michael (Red) Bowerman; grandfather, James J. Bowerman, Sr.; grandmothers, Bertha Bowerman and Willie Thompson; son-in-law and friend, John Brimer. Survivors include his mother, Frances Bowerman of Knoxville; son and daughter-in-law, Derrick and Wendi Bowerman of Friendsville; daughter and son-in-law, Missy and Eric Jones of Friendsville; grandchildren, Kaci and Hannah Bowerman; sister and brother-in-law, Janie and Steve Vess of Dandridge; aunt, Willadean Smith of Knoxville; nephews, Jamie Bowerman, Jason Bowerman, Josh Vess and Randy Vess. Funeral services will be held at 8:30 p.m. Wednesday in McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. George Hollander officiating.
