Gerald Asher Rhyne

RHYNE, Gerald Asher, age 76 of Maryville, passed away Monday, December 22, 2003 at Blount Memorial Hospital. He was retired from ALCOA after 46½ years of service and was a member of the 25 Year Service Club. He was preceded in death by his wife, Willadean Potter Rhyne; parents, Knox and Ila Mae Rhyne; brother, George Estes Rhyne. Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, Bill and Phyllis Rhyne of Louisville; son, John Rhyne of Maryville; grandchildren, Paul Rhyne and wife Sherrie, Amber Rhyne, Todd Franklin and wife Susan, Mark Franklin and wife April all of Maryville; great grandchildren, Jesse Bryant, Meagan Rhyne and Jacob Rhyne; brother, S. L. Rhyne of VA; brothers and sisters-in-law, Alan and Mary Lou Rhyne of Maryville, Henry Bruce and Lum Juan Rhyne of Bancock, Thailand; sister and brother-in-law, Lois Ruth and Joe Reese of Maryville; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday in McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Lonnie Garner officiating. The interment will follow in Grandview Cemetery.
