MEHAFFEY, Gerald Lynn of Walland, passed away Saturday, June 5, 2004 at Home. He was a member of Allens Creek Baptist Church in Waynesville, NC. He was a Vietnam Veteran. Preceded in death by father, Jerry “Jack” Mehaffey. Brothers, Kenneth Lee and James Wilburn Mehaffey. Survivors include: mother, Monnie Cagle Mehaffey. Son, Jeremy Paul Mehaffey. Niece, Kim Yost. Aunt, Juanita Turner. Funeral service will be 8:00 PM Sunday at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home with Rev. Glenn Gamble officiating. The family will receive friends 6:00-8:00 PM Sunday at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home. Funeral services will also be held 8:00 PM Monday at Wells Funeral Home, Waynesville, NC.
