Grace Lucille Thompson Long

LONG, Grace Lucille Thompson age 81 of Maryville passed away Friday, August 6, 2004. She was a member of Kagley’s Chapel Baptist Church. She was a very loving, caring and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. Preceded in death by husband, James (Jimmy) Long; infant son and daughter; parents, W.O. and Della Thompson; brothers and sisters Raymond Thompson, Cecil Thompson, Elizabeth Thompson, and Pauline Long. Survivors include: Daughter, Shirley Hill. Son and daughter-in-law; James (Bobby) and Linda Long all of Maryville. Grandchildren; Suzanne Long Graves of Louisville, , Lorinda Long Linden, James (Jimmy) Long, and Jennifer Hill all of Maryville. 4 Great-grandchildren. Brother, Robert Thompson. Sisters, Marquerite Connaster, Helen Turner, and Mildred Thompson all of Maryville. Funeral services will be 8:00 PM Saturday at McCammon-Ammons-Click Chapel with Rev. Clarence Evans and Rev. Ronnie Day officiating. Family and friends will meet 2:00 pm Sunday at Kagley’s Chapel Cemetery for the interment. The family will receive friends 6:30-8:00 PM Saturday at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home.
