Grover "Carroll" Barnette

Grover “Carroll” Barnette, age 77, of Maryville went to be with his Heavenly Father on December 14, 2023. He was preceded in death by his parents, Grover and Cora Barnette; infant son, Scotty Barnette.

He is survived by his wife, Julia Barnette; son, Charles Barnette (Dania); daughter, Jan Rosner (Rod); sons, Bud Edge, Jeff Thatcher (Mindy); grandchildren, Madison, Zachary, Matthew (Courtney), Emily, Sarah, Hannah, Jordan, Aiden, Joshua (Kendra), Jillian; great-grandchildren, Julia, Braden, Parker, Hagyn, Kasyn, MaKayla; sister, Linda Lee; loving pets, Kobi, Scottie, Mr. Kitty.

The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 PM, Monday, December 18, 2023, at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home and the service to follow at 7:00 PM with Rev. Jim Cummings officiating. Family and friends will meet at 1:00 PM, Tuesday at Old Piney Cemetery for the interment.
