He is survived by his wife, Susie Watkins; son and daughter-in-law, Shane and Bev Watkins; grandsons, Josh Watkins, Samuel Watkins; granddaughter, Madison Watkins; 4 great-grandchildren; sister, Rena Foster; brother, Richard Watkins.
