Harold R. Davis

Harold R. Davis, age 80 of Alcoa, passed away Thursday, September 16, 2010, at his home. He was a member of Dotson Memorial Baptist Church, retired from Alcoa Post Office, and a veteran of the Korean War. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bert R. and Zola Johnson Davis; brothers, James R. “Bob” Davis and Jim Davis. Survivors include his wife, Cillian Davis; daughters and sons-in-law, Margaret and Mark Loveday of Friendsville, Wanda and David Borum of Maryville; son and daughter-in-law, Donnie and Karin Davis of Powell; grandchildren, Nathaniel and Ethan Loveday, Sydney and Jackson Davis; brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be at 7:00 p.m. Saturday at Dotson Memorial Baptist Church with Dr. Dale Ellenburg and Dr. Charles Sullivan officiating. The interment will be at 2:00 p.m. Sunday at Grandview Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-7:00 p.m. Saturday at the Church.
