Harriett Ann Fishburn Best

Harriet Ann Fishburn Best, 85 of Louisville, TN passed away on March 22, 2026 peacefully at home. She was born on June 7,1940 to the late RH “Tip” Fishburn and Nellie Huffstetler Fishburn. Ann is preceded in death by her parents; her daughters, Aletha Cay Best Campbell and Melissa Best Tom; her sister, Betty Fishburn Phelps.

Born in Maryville, TN; a 1958 graduate of Lanier High School, and a life long resident of Blount County. She was lovingly married to her husband Troy L. Best in 1958. She was a career homemaker, always a loving and supportive mom raising two beautiful Daughters, whose hobbies included cooking, gardening, and tending to her family.

Harriet Ann is survived by her husband of 67 years, Troy; her grandchildren, JJ Campbell and Lindsay Tom Meinzer (Brett); her brother, Jim Fishburn (Brenda); and several nieces and nephews.

Receiving of friends will be held from 5-6 pm March 28th, 2026 at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home in Maryville, TN with services to follow. Graveside services will be held 2 pm March 29th, 2026 at Williamson Chapel Cemetery in Maryville, TN.
