CASEY, Hazel B. Age 80 of Maryville, passed away Saturday, June 26, 2004 at Colonial Hills Nursing Home. She was member of 8th Avenue Church of God in Albany, GA. Preceded in death by her husband, Edward G. Casey. Parents, Henry and Polly Bailey; Brother, Jack Bailey. Survivors include: Son, Ronnie Casey of Albany, GA.; Daughter, Betty Ford of Maryville; 6 Grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Brothers, Malcolm Bailey of Albany, GA, Ralph Bailey, and Roy Bailey both of Austin, TX. Sisters, Grace Brown of New Orleans and Birdie Hill of Austin Texas. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Tuesday, June 29th, 2004 at Matthews Funeral Home Chapel, Albany, GA. The interment will follow in Crown Hill Cemetery in Albany.
