Hettie Sue Coffey

COFFEY, Hettie Sue, age 86 of Maryville, passed away Wednesday, August 28, 2002, at her home. She was an avid Bible scholar and read her Bible so constantly that through her years of study, she wore out 4 Bibles. The last church she was able to attend was Mt. Tabor Missionary Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Lee Coffey. Survivors include: daughters, Conchita Hardin of Mooreville, MS, Joy Rogers of Maryville; son, Rondal Coffey of Richmond, Va; 6 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren. Family and friends will meet at 3:00 p.m. Friday at Grandview Cemetery for a graveside service with Rev. Ronnie Buchanan officiating.
