Horace (Mickey) E. Sayne

Horace (Mickey) Sayne, age 68, of Maryville, passed away at home on Wednesday, March 23, 2016, after his battle with cancer. Preceded in death by parents and daughter, Linda Binder Houston. He is survived by wife, Jane Goddard Sayne; son, Michael (Holly) Sayne; granddaughter, Hannah; grandson, Dawson Sayne; granddaughter, Michelle (Travis) McCarter; great grandchildren, Mason and Trevor McCarter; brothers, Ronnie and Robert Cook; sister, Beverly Cook; sister-in-law, Nadine (James) Messler. Mickey was retired from TAC Air and served in Vietnam where he received a purple heart. Family and friends will meet Friday, March 25, 2016, at 2:00 p.m. at Holston College Cemetery for a graveside service with Pastors Wayne Atchley and Bill Perkins presiding. Donations may be made to Bible Baptist Church or to Holston College Cemetery. No Flowers.
