Howard Don Gilliland

Howard Don Gilliland- age 72 of Townsend, passed away Friday, December 26, 2008 at U.T. Hospital. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. Preceded in death by parents, Brauton and Sudie Bates Gilliland; aunt, Eva Bates; uncle, Everett Bates. Survivors include: wife, Alice Gilliland; sister, Sally Blackwell of Benton, TN; “special mother”, Margie Gilliland of Cleveland, TN; several aunts and uncles. Family and friends will meet 2:00 p.m. Monday, December 29, 2008 at Sherwood Memorial Gardens for a graveside service and interment.
