Jack Morgan, known as Cap’n Jack in the Louisville community, died January 4th. He is survived by his wife, Diana and their daughters, April Morgan and Lisa Morgan Collins her husband, Joe and their children Lesley Anne and Joseph.
Per his request there will be no services.
