May 15, 1925 — August 23, 2013
James R. Reader -age 88 of Maryville, passed away Friday, August 23, 2012, at the family home. He was a Veteran of World War having served in the U.S. Army Air Corp bomber wing as a gunner. He was a member of the Lions Club and Grosse Ile Golf and Country Club. Preceded in death by his wife, Charlotte Ann Reader; parents, Joseph T. and Theresa Reader; brother, Thomas Reader. Survivors include his daughters; Cherie Brayman and husband Howard of Maryville, Robin Reader, Terri Booth and husband Michael all of Michigan; 4 grandchildren; brother-in-law; Charles Howey and wife DeLores.
