James (Jim) Stalsworth was born to Albert “Jack” Stalsworth and Ruth Stalsworth (nee Kerr). Jim grew up in Bristol, TN and graduated from Holston Valley High School with his future wife and many lifelong friends.

Jim enjoyed serving all of Blount County through organizations like the Chamber of Commerce and the United Way.
Jim helped begin Shades of the Past Street Rod Association and served as its President. Also a member of the Road Angels and the Southeast Deuces, his passion for ’32 Fords and all street rods was life-long and well-known.
By his side through it all was his devoted wife, Linda (Pyle) Stalsworth as they raised their children in Blount County and enjoyed visiting family and friends often in Bristol. In later years they attended New Hope Baptist Church with Mike Parker serving as their pastor.
Jim is survived by his wife, Linda; two children, Travis (Jennifer) Stalsworth and Tara Jo (Tim) Blair; three grandchildren, Kaden, Lillian, and Grant; sister, Jackye (Glen) Houser; as well as beloved brothers-in-law, Pete and Mike Pyle and numerous friends and family.
