James William Garland

GARLAND, James William age 70 of Wellford, SC, formerly of Corbin, KY and Maryville, passed away Friday August 6, 2004 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. He was a member of Southside Baptist Church in Corbin, KY and served in the U.S. Army. Survivors include: wife, Frances Elizabeth Hill Garland. Son and daughter-in-law, David and Joyce Garland of Sampsonville, SC. Son, Timothy Garland of Wilford, SC. Daughter and son-in-law, Sondra and Tommy Mayne. Grandchildren, Wade Garland, Samantha Mayne, Jessica Garland, and Allie Browning. Surviving siblings; Lucille Saffles and Leon Garland both of Maryville. Funeral services will be 3:00 PM Sunday at McCammon-Ammons-Click Chapel with Rev. Carl Reeves officiating. The interment will follow in Dotson Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends 2:00-3:00 PM Sunday at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home, Maryville, TN.
