Jimmy Rex Burchfield
December 19, 1935 — March 2, 2024
Jimmy Rex Burchfield, 88, of Maryville, passed away peacefully on March 2, 2024. He worked for the City of Maryville water treatment plant for over 40 years and was a faithful member of Grandview Baptist Church.
Jimmy Rex was preceded in death by his parents, Buford Frank Burchfield and Hallie (Fox) Burchfield Atchley, son Terry Burchfield and loving wife and ‘Sweetheart’ of 68 years, Shirley (Ball) Burchfield.
He is survived by daughter and son-in-law Amy and Thomas Kohntopp as well as cousin Boyd Thomas.
A service will be held at Grandview Pavilion, Tuesday, March 5th at 1:00 PM with Rev. Chris Pass officiating.
