Joe Donald Reese Sr.
January 15, 1933 — October 20, 2021
Joe Donald Reese, Sr., 88 of Jakin, GA, passed away peacefully early morning on October 20th. Joe moved to Blount County after leaving the Air Force and worked in the furniture business for most of his career. He was preceded in death by is wife of 64 years, Lois Ruth Reese; siblings, Elmys Reese Eunice, Leon Reese; his parents, Joe Tom and Mellie Reese; grandson, Jamie Taylor.
He is survived by his son, Joe Reese, Jr.; grandchildren, Jenna, Jacob, and Jayla Reese; several great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Graveside service and burial will be held at 1:00 PM, Saturday, October 23rd, Grandview Cemetery in Maryville.
