Joe F. Baker

BAKER, Joe F., age 84 of Maryville, passed away Wednesday, August 30, 2006, at Asbury Place. He was a member of Broadway Baptist Church and was a Blount County Commissioner for numerous years. He was preceded in death by his wife, Hilda Ann Chambers Baker and son, Joel Baker. Survivors include niece, Debbie Ryan of Friendsville; nephew, Gordon Baker of Friendsville; sister-in-law, Betty Chambers Ashe of MS; brothers-in-law, Andrew G. Chambers, Sr. of Maryville, Charles R. Chambers and Jack Chambers of Alcoa and his Broadway Baptist Church Family. Family and friends will meet at 3:00 p.m. Friday at Sherwood Memorial Gardens for a graveside service with Rev.
