John D. Nance

John D. Nance - With sorrowful hearts, we announce the passing of our dearly loved and forever cherished husband, pops and Boppaw. He leaves behind memories of love, kindness, generosity and patience, a true gentleman. He was a Christian and member of Sevier Heights Baptist Church. He retired from Alcoa in 2004 with 36 years of service. Preceded in death by his parents, Wayne and Grace Nance and brother, Bob Nance.

He is survived by his loving wife, Margie, daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer and George Bridwell and forever cherished and remembered by his grandson, G. Carter Bridwell. He also leaves behind many other family members and friends who will sadly miss him. His love will always be our guide. 

In Lieu of Flowers, please make memorial contributions to Sevier Heights Baptist Church, Second Harvest Food Bank, an act of kindness, take someone out to dinner.
