Johnanna Humphreys White

Johnanna Humphreys White, age 91 of Maryville, passed away Friday, March 6, 2009, at Asbury Place. She was a member of St. John United Methodist Church and was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Stanford White; parents, Alfred and Emma Humphreys; brothers, Maurice and Taylor Humphreys; sisters, Zula Mason, Zoe Humphreys, Leona Kuder; son-in-law, Landon Fox. She is survived by daughters, Gayle Fox of Alcoa and Kay Swafford and husband Joseph of Lookout Mountain, GA; grandchildren, Tracy Murley and husband Harry, Hendersonville, Dr. Lana Fox and husband Tom Slawson, Maryville, Michael Fox and wife Stacy, Maryville, Kristin Anderson and husband Mike, Oskaloosa, IA; great grandchildren, Cole Murley, Ben Murley, Parker Slawson, Lane Slawson, Joseph Heimroth; sisters, Elizabeth Bolex, Palm Springs, CA, Erma Watring, Anderson, SC, Joyce Cartwright and husband Albert, Anaheim, CA; brother-in-law, Dave Kuder, Irvine, CA; sisters-in-law, Lillian Lovingood, Maryville, Darlene White, Madisonville; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be at 3:00 p.m. Sunday in McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Richard D. Mullan officiating. The interment will follow in Grandview Cemetery.
