Johnny Green, age 75, of Maryville, TN passed away January 19, 2025. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force and retired as Tech Sgt. with 20 years of service. He retired from the Knox County Sheriff’s Office with 20 plus years of service. He was preceded in death by his parents, John Paul and Virginia Greene.
He is survived by his wife, Chiyo Tanifuji Green; son, Tommy Green (Maricar Sampson); daughter, Teri Freeman (Jonathan); granddaughter, Amber Green (Omar Reynoso); grandson, Tristen Green; sister, Pauletta Langley (Ronald); brother, Danny Wayne Greene (Jan).
The family will receive friends from 5:30 – 7:30 PM, Friday, January 24, 2025, at McCammon-Ammons -Click Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Fraternal Order of Police.
