Juanita Murphy Blair

Juanita Murphy Blair passed away Thursday, February 19, 2026, at the age of 94. She was a lifelong resident of Maryville, Tn. She was born June 21, 1931, to the late W.A. and Johnnie (Tuck) Murphy, Sr. She is preceded in death by her husband, Elder J.D. Blair; daughter-in-law, Judy Blair; 2 great-grandchildren; 4 brothers; 5 sisters. She was a faithful pastor’s wife, loved working in flowers, enjoyed cooking. She was a member of New Providence Primitive Baptist Church.

She is survived by children, Rev. Ronnie Blair, Judy Bledsoe (Joe), Pat Duckett (David); 7 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; 13 great-great-grandchildren; brother, David Murphy; several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service for family and friends will be at 2:00 PM, Monday, February 23, 2026, at New Providence Primitive Baptist Cemetery with Rev. Ronnie Blair officiating.
