June Long Mcculley

October 10, 1932 — February 19, 2024

June Long McCulley, age 91 of Maryville passed away February 19, 2024, at her home. She was a member of Monte Vista Baptist Church where she was a member of the choir. She worked as a Teacher’s Aide in the Blount County School system until her retirement. She was preceded in death by her parents, Linton and Ruth Long; sisters, Gerry (Ralph) Easterday and Betty (Fletcher) Lowe.

She was survived by her husband of 72 years, James E. McCulley; daughter and son-in-law, Debra and Mike Edwards; grandson, Brett (Lori) Edwards; great-grandchildren, Graham Edwards and Keegan Edwards; brother, David (Cheryl) Long of Alabama; several nieces and nephews.

A special thanks to the Blount Memorial Hospice and special hospice nurse, Amy Ellis.

The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00 PM, Thursday, February 22, 2024, at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home and the funeral will follow at 2:00 PM by Dr. Greg Heisler. The entombment will immediately follow at Grandview Mausoleum.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Blount Memorial Hospice.
