Katheli Mcconnell

Katheli (Kathi) McConnell, age 89 of Maryville, passed away Monday, May 17, 2010. She was a member of Highland Presbyterian Church, was known by friends and church members as an avid gardener and farmer who supplied fresh vegetables, homemade pies, breads, and beautiful flowers to her neighbors and friends for many years. She was preceded in death by her husband, John C. McConnell. Survivors include her daughters and sons-in-law, Rose McConnell and Ken Rosenberger of Atlanta, Susan and John McCarthy of Sacramento, CA, Elizabeth and Rolf Tischer of Germany; grandchildren, John Tischer, Margaret and Laura McCarthy and Michael Robinson. A memorial service will be at 2:00 p.m. Friday at Highland Presbyterian Church with Rev. Wendy Neff officiating. The family will receive friends at the Church following the service.
