Kathryn Long Coatney

Kathryn Long Coatney, age 87 of Maryville, passed away Tuesday, September 21, 2004, at Blount Memorial Hospital. She was a charter member of Calvary Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her husband, Joe A. Coatney. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, JoAnn and Allen “Chigger” Wilson of Maryville; son and daughter-in-law, Charles Edward and Judy Coatney of Maryville; grandchildren, Joey Wilson and fiancé Janet Collins, Scott Coatney and wife Melissa, Cindy Coatney; great grandchildren, Lars Coatney and Beau Collins; sister, Nellie Graves of Maryville; brother, Gene Long of Maryville; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday in McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Russ Maples and Rev. Robert Watkins officiating. Family and friends will meet at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Clark’s Grove Cemetery for the interment service.
