Kathryn Jane Whitehead

Kathy Whitehead, age 75, of Maryville, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, February 4, 2026. She was preceded in death by her parents, Howard and Mildred Bailey, father-in-law and mother-in-law, DC and Lois Whitehead; sister and brother-in-law, Edna Jean and Billy Joe Phelps; brother and sister-in-law, David and Jane Bailey; brothers-in-law Duane Hammer and Robert Woolery.

Survivors include her loving husband of almost 56 years, Gary Whitehead; daughter and son-in-law, Amanda and Jacob Tucker and grandson Nash Tucker; sisters Jenny Hammer of Land-‘O-Lakes, FL, Lynda Woolery of Friendsville, TN; several very special nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews ,their families, and special friend of the family, Ralph Forester.

Celebration of Life Announcement for Kathy Whitehead

We invite you to join us in honoring the life and memory of Kathy Whitehead. The family will be gathering on Saturday, February 14, 2026 at Faith Fellowship Cumberland Presbyterian Church located at 14025 US Highway 70 East, Lenoir City, TN 37772. The service will begin at 6pm and will be led by Pastor David Koopman. You are also invited to stay after the service for a time of fellowship and food.
