Kelvia D. ''Snook'' Kennedy

KENNEDY, Kelvia D. “Snook”, age 87 of Alcoa, passed away Wednesday, May 1, 2002, at Blount Memorial Hospital. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Alcoa. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles E. “Mule” Kennedy. Survivors include: son, Bill Kennedy of Alcoa; daughters, Norma Jean Whitley of Friendsville, Janet Carol Caylor of Maryville; grandchildren, Konni Marion, Patti Law, Dale Whitley, Michael Caylor, Misti Dawn Caylor, Alyson Kennedy and Adam Kennedy; great grandchildren, Rachel and Rebekah Law, Wesley and Riley Marion, Jud Michael Caylor, Chloe and Cosmo Barry and Reagan and Hannah Whitley; sister, Willie Dodd of Alcoa; several nieces and nephews. Family and friends will meet at 3:00 p.m. Friday in the Grandview Mausoleum Chapel for a graveside service with Rev. Danny Davis officiating.
