Kenneth George Cope

Kenneth George Cope, age 74 of Townsend, passed away Wednesday, January 21, 2015, at Asbury Place. He was a successful business man and owner of The Kinzel House Restaurant in Townsend, TN. He was a devoted father, husband, uncle and brother. He was preceded in death by his son, Kenny Lee Cope. Survivors include his wife, Mary E. Cope, Maryville; sisters, Ella Mae Dunn, Farmville, VA, Dean Tipton, Townsend; and brother, Oscar Cope, Amelia, VA. Family and friends will meet at 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Bethel Cemetery, Townsend, for a graveside service.
