Larry Pitts
April 25, 1950 — May 3, 2009
Larry Pitts, age 59 of Maryville, passed away Sunday, May 3, 2009. He was retired from the U. S. Marine Corps, having served in Vietnam. He received the Purple Heart. Survivors include his wife, Patricia Pitts; daughter, Michelle Love of VA; son and daughter-in-law, Larry Jr., and Angel Pitts; 5 grandchildren; mother, Willie Shireman; sisters, Nancy Barber, Thula Carter, Linda Putman; brothers, Herbert Pitts and Roger Pitts; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Friday in McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. John Franklin officiating. The interment will follow in Sherwood Memorial Gardens with Military Honors. The family will receive friends from 12:00-1:00 p.m. Friday at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home. 982-6812 www.mccammonammonclick.com
