Lawrence A. "Foxie" Kimsey

Lawrence A. (Foxie) Kimsey, age 81 of Maryville, passed away Thursday, February 25, 2016. He was a member of Salem Baptist Church. Preceded in death by mother, Juanita Hayes Kimsey Shaw; stepfather, Thomas M. Shaw; father, Scott Kimsey. Survived by wife, Geraldine (Gerrie); son, Danny E. (Karen); grandchildren, Katelyn Kristine Kimsey, Thomas John (T. J.) and fiancee (Sarah Williamson), Cayleb Andrew Kimsey; brother, Joe Kimsey (Libby); sisters, Pauline Morrisey (Ed), Shirley Smith (Ralph); supportive niece, Patricia Mucha; many nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives. Thanks to the SICU staff, 2nd floor, Blount Memorial Hospital, with a special thanks to Dana, Kayla and Dr. Hasson. Family and friends will meet at 2:00 p.m. Monday at Sherwood Memorial Gardens for a graveside service.
