Linda Joyce (Hearon) Tipton

Linda Joyce (Hearon) Tipton age 72 of Walland, born September 30, 1953, passed away peacefully at home December 3, 2025, with Brickey and Kim by her side following a recent diagnosis of cancer.

Preceded in death by parents Arvel and Lena Hearon. Father and Mother in-law Noah and Dorothy Tipton. Sisters Irene Rauhuff (Paul), Martha Stott, Shirley Wilburn & Darlene Whitehead (Tommy). Brothers Woodrow, Clifford, Marvin, Billy Wayne, Arvel Jr. & Earl Hearon.

Survived by her loving husband of 53 years Brickey Tipton, cherished daughter Kim Tipton, grandson Mason Newland.

Sister Charlene (Bill) Evans. Brothers Alvin (Liz), Marcus (Kim), Curtis & Norman Hearon, brother-in-law Gene Wilburn, sister-in-law Peggy Hearon, Uncle Sterling Hearon, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Joyce will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Always a caregiver, her selflessness and compassion helped many through difficult times by providing comfort and care.

Joyce was a member of Mt. Carmel Baptist Church and Mountain View Chapter #358 Order of The Eastern Star, where she served faithfully for over 35 years.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 am-12 pm, Saturday, December 6, 2025, at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home and the service at 12 pm with Rev. Clifton Hearon officiating. The interment will immediately follow at Grandview Cemetery.
