OGLE, Lorene Turner, age 68 of Maryville, lost her courageous battle with cancer on Friday, May 2, 2003, at Blount Memorial Hospital. She was a member of Tuckaleechee Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Ogle, Jr.; parents, Paul and Elma Turner; brother, Ed Turner and nephew, David Rogers. Survivors include: sons, Roger of Maryville, Craig of Knoxville; daughter and son-in-law, Diane and Will Whitehead of Maryville; grandsons, Mike and Curtis Whitehead; great granddaughter, Kaylee Everett Whitehead; brother, Paul Turner, Jr. of Rockford; sisters and brothers-in-law, Betty and Caleb Best and Dorothy and Edward Adams of Maryville; sisters, Alma Rhea Rogers of Maryville and Peggy Turner of Seymour; aunt, Estella Moore of Sevierville; several nieces, nephews and special friends. Funeral services will be held at 8:00 p.m. Saturday in McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Carl White, Rev. Edward Adams and Rev. Barry Woods officiating. The entombment will be at 2:00 p.m. Sunday in Grandview Mausoleum. The family will receive friends from 6-8:00 p.m. Saturday at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home.
