Louise Carroll

CARROLL, Louise Ramsey, age 81 of Maryville, passed away Wednesday, May 1, 2002, at Blount Memorial Hospital. She was a member of First Christian Church of Maryville and was a retired City of Knoxville School Teacher. She was preceded in death by her husband, James A. Carroll; parents, Albert and Gussie Wolfe Ramsey; sister, Herma Cate and brother, Earl Ramsey. Survivors include: son, Albert Carroll of Maryville; daughters, Ruth Saalweachter of Winston Salem NC and Mary Sweitzer of Shelbyville, KY; 6 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; sister, Mary Marshall of Richmond, VA; brother, Ryland Ramsey of Sneedville, TN; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 7:30 p.m. Friday in McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel with Harold G. Ray, Minister officiating. Family and friends will meet at 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Sherwood Memorial Gardens for the interment service. The family will receive friends from 6-7:30 p.m. Friday at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home, Maryville.
