Maggie Marie Cox Lawson

Maggie Marie Cox Lawson, age 78, entered into Heaven Wednesday, June 30, 2010, after a long courageous battle with cancer. Preceded in death by loving husband of 52 years, Bill Lawson; son, Floyd Lawson; father and mother, Claude C. Cox and Tishie Mae Cox; brothers, Boone Cox, Robert Cox; sisters, Edna Sharp, Georgia Ellison, and Opal Blevins. Survived by sons and daughters-in-law, David and Suzie (Geneva) Lawson, Greenback, TN, Gerald and Linda Lawson, Richard and Crystal Lawson all of Maryville, Randy Lawson of MI; grandchildren, Gary Dale Lawson, Michael Lawson, Robert Lawson, Timmy Lawson, Monica Lawson, Jamie Lawson, Hannah Lawson, Hayden Lawson, Thomas Holloway and Zachariah Boone; 15 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; sisters, Ruth Keith of Maryville, Mae Duncan of Citrus Heights, CA; brother, John Henry Cox of Monroe, MI; several nieces and nephews. Maggie is also survived by a very loving ex-daughter-in-law, Pamela Caldwell. Funeral services will be at 3:00 p.m. Saturday in McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Acey Lewis Jackson and Rev. Carl McDaniels officiating. The interment will follow in Laurel Bank Cemetery.
