Margaret Anne Mead

Margaret Anne Mead, age 92 of Maryville, passed away Friday, February 5, 2016. She was born in Laconia, New Hampshire. She was preceded in death by her husband, Barney E. Mead, III and survived by sons and daughters-in-law, Barney E., IV and Kathleen Mead of Vonore, TN, James R. and Rachel Mead of Annapolis, MD and Michael T. and Susan Mead of Gulf Breeze, FL; 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, February 18, at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church with Rev. Steven Mosher officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
