Margaret Charlene Palmer

Margaret Charlene Palmer, age 75 of Maryville, passed away Wednesday, September 12, 2018, at her home. She was a member of Temple Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Allen Palmer; father, Francis Buck Dole and mother, Loretta King Smithers; brother, Charles Dole; sisters, Barbara Mullin, Marlene Keller and Jane Maroney. Survivors include her children, Deborah Griffiths, Patricia McElroy and Alan, Jamie Russell and Jeff Boyd; grandchildren, Ashleigh Morgan, Jordan Cable and Jessica, Kristin Orr, Kyle Orr, Shelby Johnson, Zachery Johnson, Brandon Russell, Riley Russell; 8 great grandchildren; sisters, Jerry Fordham of Jacksonville, FL, Martha Lefker of IN, Judy Watkins and Barbara York both of OH; special brother-in-law, Philip Keller; nieces and nephews. The family wishes to express special thanks to Dr. Bruce Roberts, Summer Robison and Blount Memorial Hospice. A Celebration of Life will be from 1-6:00 p.m. Sunday, September 16, at 5926 Old Niles Ferry Pike, Greenback, TN.
