Mary Elizabeth Rector

RECTOR, Mary Elizabeth, age 88 of Alcoa, passed away Monday, May 7, 2007, at her home. She was a member of Alcoa First Baptist Church, and retired from Alcoa Elementary School after 22 years of service. She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Lee Rector; parents, Lyle and Mayme Trotter Huff; and brother, James Huff. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Christine and Lee Reynolds of Alcoa; grandson, Robert St. Clair Reynolds; sister and brother-in-law, Imogene and Carl Vaughn of Alcoa; nieces, Vicki Wilson and Carleen Brooker. Funeral services will be held at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday in McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Freeman Tomlin officiating. The interment will be at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday in Sherwood Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6-7:00 p.m. Tuesday at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home, Maryville.
