Mary Katherine (Millsaps) Jennings of Alcoa, formerly of Friendsville, passed away on February 24, 2022. She was retired from Levi’s and Walmart. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lige and Sarah Borden Millsaps; husband, Clay Jennings, Jr.; daughter, Barbara Jean Jennings Farmer; grand-daughter, Missy Hickman; great-grandson, Joshua Haymon; brothers and sisters-in-law, Elmer and Mona Millsaps, Charles and Kathleen Millsaps, Ralph and Coza Millsaps, Jim and Margie Millsaps, Mack and Jewel Millsaps, Loyd and Jean Millsaps, Glenn and Ruthie Millsaps; sister and brother-in-law, James R. Carter and Lois Millsaps.
She is survived by daughter, Linda Jennings; son, Ray Jennings; grand-daughters, Melissa Haymon, Nancy (Allen) White, Mary Jo (Justin) McCulloch, Jennifer Stalans; 13 great-grandchildren; 12 great-great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will meet for a graveside service 2:00 PM, Sunday, February 27, 2022, at Forest Hill Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Jim (Tater) Wells officiating.
