Mary Madeleine Ferguson

Mary Madeleine Ferguson, age 91 of Maryville, passed away Wednesday, July 7, 2010, at Shannondale of Maryville. She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, Clarksville, TN, a veteran of the U. S. Navy, with the rank of Lt., having served during World War II, received a Bachelors Degree from Rosemont College in PA, and received a Masters Degree in Guidance Counseling. She was preceded in death by her husband, William J. Ferguson; parents, Nathan and Lee Ola Kavanagh; sister, Lee Ola Belsterling; brother, Nathan Stanley Kavanagh. Survivors include her daughter, Laura Case of Maryville; son and daughter-in-law, David Scott Ferguson and Donna Ferguson of Cloverdale, CA; granddaughter, Lesley Tacy and husband Charles Kevin Tacy of Buckhannon, WV; great grandchildren, Alexandria, Amelia, Erin and Kevin Patrick Tacy; nieces and nephews, Keith, Kimberly, Carol, Bud, Charles Kavanagh, Mary Lee Belsterling Brientnall, Laura Belsterling Pasquella, Linda Ferguson, Bill Ferguson. A memorial service will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday in Shannondale Assisted Living Chapel with Rev. Dixie Lea Petrey officiating.
