Mary Stephens Waters

WATERS, Mary Stephens, loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend, passed away Friday morning, January 4, 2008, at Blount Memorial Hospital. She was a member of Forest Hill Baptist Church. Mrs. Waters was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer H. Waters; children, Hubert, Shirley, Charlotte; one grandson, Michael Waters; parents, Richard and Addie Stephens; brothers, Max Stephens, Bob Stephens; sisters, Myrtle McMahan, Maude Eisenhower. Survivors include her children, James and Ginger Waters, Dorlis Waters, Ed and Ginger Waters, Marion and JoAnn Waters all of Maryville; 12 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; brothers and sister, Tom Stephens, Russell Stephens, Mae Bryant, J. R. Stephens; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 7:00 p.m. Saturday, January 5, 2008, in McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Carl White officiating. Family and friends will meet at 3:30 p.m. Sunday, January 6, 2008, at Pleasant Hill United Methodist Cemetery for the interment service.
